How to create a Rust Store?

Welcome to our support guide on setting up and managing your Rust server store. Follow the steps below to create your store, add a server, and configure packages effectively.
Step 1: Accessing Your Account:
Click on your name at the top of the page to access your account dashboard.
Step 2: Navigating to Rust Stores:
Navigate to the Rust stores section by clicking on the corresponding tab.
Step 3: Creating Your Store:
1. Fill in the required information, ensuring the Short Name field is in lowercase.
2. Click on "Create Your Store" to proceed.
Step 4: Adding a New Server:
1. Click on "Add New Server" to expand server management options.
2. Fill in the necessary server details.
3. Click on "Add Server" to save your configuration.
Step 5: Configuring Packages:
1. Fill in the essential details, especially "Remove After" and include fees in the price.
2. Click on "Add Package" to define packages for your server.
Step 6: Gameserver Commands:
Ensure that you set up gameserver commands for various scenarios:
• When the package is purchased:
Specify commands that should be executed when a package is successfully purchased.
• When the package is removed:
Define commands for when a package expires, is refunded, or removed.
• When the package is chargebacked:
If a chargeback occurs, determine the commands to be executed, and coins are subsequently deducted.

Follow the instructions provided to create packages successfully.
